## In-Store Purchases
Title and risk for products purchased in-store will transfer to you once full payment has been received by Jurae.
## Online Purchases
For online purchases, title and risk of the products will remain with Jurae until both:
* full payment has been successfully processed; and
* the order has been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.

# Online Orders
## Placing Orders
Orders are placed when you complete the checkout process on our website, provide your order and payment details, and successfully confirm payment.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including product selections, customer information, and delivery address, are accurate before submitting an order. Jurae accepts no responsibility for incorrect information entered during checkout.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes to product selections, customer information, or delivery details. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may attempt to assist with amendments or cancellations, however this cannot be guaranteed.

# Click & Collect Orders
Where available, customers may select the Click & Collect option during checkout and nominate a Jurae store for collection.
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, your items will be prepared for collection. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be collected.
Orders must be collected within 14 days from the date the collection confirmation email is sent. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, a final reminder may be issued. Orders not collected after the reminder period may be cancelled and refunded.
To collect your order, you must present:
* a valid photo ID matching the order details; and
* your order confirmation email or order number.
Jurae reserves the right to refuse collection where these requirements are not met.
If you would like to authorise another person to collect your order on your behalf, please contact our Customer Support team prior to collection.

Gift Cards are redeemable only with Jurae and must be used within the country or region of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Gift Cards:
* cannot be exchanged for cash;
* cannot be reloaded;
* cannot be refunded after expiry; and
* may only be used up to the remaining balance available on the card.
